• Comply with SEBI regulations, KYC norms, and other applicable Indian financial laws.
• Send transactional notifications (order status, alerts) and, where you opt in, marketing communications.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

• Broker Partners: Credentials and order data are transmitted to your linked broker solely to execute your instructions.
• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, and email delivery vendors bound by data-processing agreements.
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as a business asset.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Broker API keys are stored in an encrypted vault and never logged in plain text. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. KYC records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as mandated by PMLA 2002. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us at the address below.
